How to download and save Youtube flash and video ?

Step 1. Open youtube.com, find the flash you want to download, copy the URL

Step 2. Start Flash Saver - "Add a task from URL" .

Step 3. Paste the URL on Flash Saver.

Tips:
You can find the URl from "Video URL" that youtube.com provided too. But after you pasted it onto flash saver, you need to add "www" to it.
