Saving Flash content in Internet Explorer ?

All the contents of a website we visit through Internet explorer are stored in a folder called Temporary Internet files. We can easily harvest any image or flash content from that folder.

- Open the website from where you want to save the flash content. Let it load completely.

- Click on Tools > Internet Options.

- Click on Settings under browsing history section under general tab.

- It will open a new window, It will have the temporary Internet Files folder location. To open the folder click on view files.

- Once in Temporary Internet files folder, change to details view.

- Arrange the files according to the type. It will group files of one type together. We need to go to the swf type and locate the swf files from the site we wanted to save.

- Copy the flash file to any folder you want t to keep.

  1. I tried that but the images from the flash file seem to be loaded directly from the website and so do not save in the temp file. Can I somehow catch them as they are loaded?
